There are multiple programs listed at the site www.MoneyWithCoupons.com which will be screening and analyzing free and discounted offers around the world in the online world.
"That Free Thing" is an example of a totally free program discussed there which offers free stuff as a subscription service with a $9.95 monthly charge. The advantage is that many free offers are consolidated into one easy to find location. The site is new and will be adding more and more offers as time goes by.
